Today, UVA Faculty met with VDOF and Conserv staff to discuss possible synergies between the University and the F2F Initiative. Much of the discussion focused on how the Bay Game could enhance or augment the proposed Optimum Environmental Expenditure Model (OEE) (originally conceived as a cost benefit or benefits transfer type model).
